Features include 94V-0 UL flammability classification, built-in strain relief and low forward voltage drop. These schottky barrier rectifiers are available with 1.0A, 2.0A, and 3.0A forward current ratings and in repetitive reverse voltage ratings of 20V, 40V, 60V, 80V, 100V.
