Diotec Semiconductor ESDB70W-AQ ESD Protection Diode features 150W peak pulse power dissipation with bidirectional clamping. This SMD diode is designed in a compact SOT-323 package and is AEC-Q101 qualified. The ESDB70W-AQ ESD protection diode ensures reliable operation with a stand-off voltage of 70V and breakdown voltage of 75V. This Surface Mount Device (SMD) diode is halogen-free and compliant with RoHS (without exemption), Conflict Minerals, and REACH standards. Typical applications include data line, ESD protection, and I/O port protection.
