1210HC Brick Fuses

Eaton 1210HC Brick Fuses are designed to provide reliable overcurrent protection in high-power density applications. These fuses offer an ultra-high current carrying capability ranging from 50A to 200A in a 12.4mm x 10mm x 6.8mm package. The 1210HC fuses offer high breaking capacity (up to 10kA) for high-power battery systems and for the demanding requirements of AI servers. These fuses serve as a single-fuse solution and avoid the need for physically larger fuses or the paralleling of multiple smaller-rated fuses. The 1210HC brick fuses are used in data centers, Power Distribution Boards (PDBs), servers, energy storage systems, basic power supplies, and general lighting applications.

Battery Management Systems

Eaton provides a wide portfolio of products for Battery Management Systems (BMS), including terminal blocks, fuses, supercapacitors, chokes, inductors, and more. Battery Management Systems monitor individual cells, system voltage, current, and temperature. When monitoring individual cells, the BMS balances voltages and regulates the current flow, and if the upper or lower voltage, current, or temperature limit is exceeded, the BMS temporarily disconnects the load or source. Eaton Battery Management Systems estimate the State of Health (SoH), State of Charge (SoC), State of Energy (SoE), and State of Power (SoP) in batteries.
