KEMET AEC-Q200 Hybrid Polymer Capacitors are designed for automotive applications with extremely high demands. These high-temperature capacitors offer high ripple current, vibration resistance, and a polarized all-welded design. The winding is housed in a cylindrical aluminum can with a high-purity aluminum lid and a high-quality rubber gasket. The winding is also impregnated with a liquid electrolyte for self-healing abilities. KEMET hybrid polymers are available in multiple form factors that include axial, radial crown, and surface mount. KEMET's hybrid polymers are available in multiple form factors. The PHH and A7C series have a radial design for vertical mounting. The PHA series parts are axials, suitable for horizontal mounting with a low profile. The PHS, PHV, and A78 families are surface-mount devices and reflow capable. KEMET AEC-Q200 Hybrid Polymer Capacitors are suitable for use in mobile, automotive, and aircraft installations.

AEC-Q200 Conductive Polymer Hybrid Capacitors

KEMET AEC-Q200 Conductive Polymer Hybrid Capacitors offer a capacitance range of 47µF to 820µF, self-healing behavior, and low leakage current. The capacitor lineup includes surface-mount and through-hole form factors that are AEC-Q200 and RoHS compliant as well as halogen free. Variants with high vibration resistance are available.
