Microchip Technology 24CS128 128Kbits 3.4MHz I²C Serial EEPROMs utilize an I²C (two-wire) serial interface with 3.4MHz high-speed mode capability. The device is organized as 16,384 bytes of 8 bits each (16-Kbyte) and is optimized for use in consumer, industrial, and automotive applications where reliable and dependable non-volatile memory storage is essential. The 24CS128 allows up to eight devices to share a common I²C (two-wire) bus and is capable of operation across a broad voltage range (1.7V to 5.5V).
