The nRF54LM20A is part of the nRF54L series that includes multiple SoCs such as the nRF54LM20A, nRF54L15, nRF54L10, and nRF54L05. The SoCs integrate an ultra-low-power 2.4GHz radio and MCU with a 128MHz Arm^® Cortex^®-M33 processor, an extensive peripheral set, and a scalable memory configuration.
