Standard Products

STMicroelectronics Standard Products are a broad range of industry-standard and drop-in replacements for the most popular general-purpose analog ICs, discretes, and serial EEPROMs. The Standard Products are manufactured to the highest quality standards with many AECQ-qualified for automotive applications. A comprehensive set of STMicroelectronics design aids, including SPICE, IBIS models, and simulation tools, is available to make adding to a design-in easy.

TS391 Low-Power Single Voltage Comparators

STMicroelectronics TS391 Low-Power Single Voltage Comparators operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible. The TS391 has a wide single supply voltage range or dual supplies of 2V to 36V or ±1V to ±18V. An input common-mode voltage range includes ground, even though operated from a single power supply voltage. The differential input voltage range is equal to the supply voltage.
