The STMicroelectronics VNI4140K quad high-side solid-state relay is produced using VIPower® technology to achieve a 50% saving in R_DS(on) compared to earlier devices with the same die size. The STMicroelectronics VNI4140K solid-state relay is specifically designed to minimize total power dissipation and is able to drive any type of load with one side connected to the ground. The VNI4140K features lower power consumption that any competing product and at a lower cost.
