SHT4x Digital Humidity & Temperature Sensors

Sensirion SHT4x Digital Humidity and Temperature Sensors provide constant temperature accuracy over a large measurement range. This 4th Generation sensor features ultra-low power consumption and comes in a small QFN package that measures 1.5mm x 1.5mm x 0.5mm. The fully calibrated sensor offers linearized digital output, NIST traceability, and I2C fast mode plus. It is reflow solderable and operational in condensing environments. Sensirion SHT4x Digital Humidity and Temperature Sensor has a 1.08V to 3.6V supply voltage range, 80nA idle current, and an operating range of 0% to 100% RH, -40°C to +125°C. Tape-and-reel packaging, combined with suitability for standard SMD assembly processes, makes the SHT4x ideal for high-volume applications.
