NTCSP Automotive Chip NTC Thermistors

TDK NTCSP Chip NTC Thermistors are semiconductor resistors that exhibit decreasing resistance characteristics with increasing temperatures. The series features low thermal time constants that result in extremely high rates of resistance change to accurately track the temperature. TDK NTCSP Chip NTC Thermistors are designed for conductive glue-mount applications and temperatures up to +150°C. The series is also AEC-Q200 compliant.

NTCSP Automotive High Temperature NTC Thermistors

TDK NTCSP Automotive High Temperature NTC Thermistors are designed for conductive-adhesive mounting for high temperatures up to +175°C. These thermistors are AEC-Q200 compliant and are built for use with various temperature detection and compensation applications across low-to-high temperature ranges. NTCSP high-temperature thermistors are suitable for automotive applications, including anti-lock braking systems (ABS), transmission, and engines. TDK High-Temperature NTC Thermistors utilize AgpD terminals compatible with conductive-adhesive mounting and offer a 1.6mm x 0.8mm package.

NTC Thermistors

EPCOS NTC Thermistors provide voltage and noise suppression as well as temperature measurement and compensation in automotive applications. These thermistors feature multilayer NTC with inner electrodes, nickel barrier termination, and superior resistance stability during soldering. EPCOS NTC Thermistors offer excellent long-term aging stability in high-temperature environments.
