Texas Instruments ISO6163 Six-Channel 3/3 Digital Isolators are high-performance digital isolators designed for high energy efficiency and cost-sensitive applications requiring up to 5000V_RMS isolation ratings per UL 1577. These devices are also certified by VDE, TUV, CSA, and CQC. The ISO6163 devices are optimized with low quiescent current and bidirectional automatic enablement of high-speed data channels for use in high energy efficiency applications such as appliances, battery monitoring, metering, and the grid.
