SN74ACT125 / SN74ACT125-Q1 Buffer Gates

Texas Instruments SN74ACT125 / SN74ACT125-Q1 Buffer Gates are a quadruple bus buffer with TTL-compatible inputs and 3-state outputs. These gates operate at an input voltage of 4.5V to 5.5V and a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Each gate performs the Boolean function Y = A in positive logic and has an independent active-low output enable. The SN74ACT125 / SN74ACT125-Q1 buffer gates provide a continuous ±24mA output drive at 5V and support up to ±75mA output drive at 5V in short bursts. The SN74ACT125-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. These devices are ideal for driving an indicator LED, re-driving a digital signal, driving a transmission line, and holding a signal during controller reset.
