Texas Instruments SN74AUP1Gxx Low Power Logic offers very low power consumption, high battery life and is ideal for portable applications. Features include excellent signal integrity, input hysteresis (250mV typ at 3.3V) allows for slow input transition, operating VCC of 0.8V to 3.6V (optimized at 3.3V), best in class for speed-power optimization, balanced drive, 3.6V I/O tolerant, Ioff spec for partial power down, and ESD protection. Texas Instruments SN74AUP1G14 Single Low-Power Inverters function as an independent gate with Schmitt-trigger inputs. This feature allows for slow input transition and better switching-noise immunity at the input. The AUP family is TI’s premier solution to the industry’s low-power requirements in battery-powered portable applications. This family assures a dynamic power consumption and very low static across the entire V_CC range of 0.8V to 3.6V, resulting in an increased battery life. This product also maintains excellent signal integrity.
