Texas Instruments SN74HC132/SN74HC132-Q1 Quad 2-Input NAND Gates contain four independent 2-input NAND gates. Each gate performs the Boolean function Y = A ● B in positive logic. These devices offer a wide operating temperature range (–40°C to +85°C) and support fanout of up to 10 LSTTL loads. The Texas Instruments SN74HC132-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
