TPS54060/TPS54260 Step-Down Converters

Texas Instruments TPS54060/TPS54260 Step-Down Converters come with Eco-Mode™ and are 60V, 0.5A, or 2.5A devices with an integrated high-side MOSFET. The TPS54060/TPS54260 step-down regulators feature high efficiency at light loads with a pulse skipping Eco-Mode. A low ripple pulse skip mode reduces the no-load, regulated output supply current to 116µA or 138µA. Using the enable pin, the shutdown supply current of the Texas Instruments TPS54060/TPS54260 is reduced to 1.3µA when the enable pin is low. These converters are ideal for 12V, 24V, and 48V industrial and commercial low-power systems.
