onsemi MC74VHCT573A CMOS Latches are high-speed CMOS octal latches with 3-state output fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. These latches achieve high-speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining CMOS low power dissipation. The MC74VHCT573A device can be used as a level converter for interfacing 3.3V to 5V, as it has full 5V CMOS level output swings. These MC74VHCT541A octal buffers operate at -55°C to 85°C temperature range and 4.5V to 5.5V DC supply voltage range. The MC74VHCT573A latches feature balanced propagation delays, and power-down protection is provided. These devices are Pb-free, halogen-free/BFR-free, and are RoHS-compliant
