Analog Devices Inc. ADG5421F Dual SPST Switch is a low-on-resistance switch with overvoltage protection, power-off protection, and overvoltage detection on the source pins. This switch remains in the off condition when no power supplies are present, and the switch inputs have high impedance. The ADG5421F switch turns on with a Logic 1 input and conducts equally well in both directions. This switch features up to ±60V overvoltage fault and power-off protection on the S1 and S2 pins. The ADG5421F switch is latch-up immune under all circumstances. Typical applications include analog input/output modules, process control/distributed control systems, data acquisition, instrumentation, avionics, automatic test equipment, communication systems, and relay replacement.
