Crystek 2500MHz Voltage Controlled Oscillator offer a typical phase noise of -110dBc/Hz @ 10kHz offset with excellent linearity. Output power is +5dBm minimum and input voltage is 3.3V with a typical current consumption of 20mA. Pulling and Pushing are typically 5.0MHz and 1.0MHz/V, respectively. Ideal applications include digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
