Military M/D55342 Thick & Thin Film Resistors

Vishay Military M/D55342 Thick and Thin Film Resistors are designed and constructed according to MIL-PRF-55342 detail specifications. The lineup includes the E/H, E/H (T-Level), and RCWPM series. Both E/H series feature thin film resistors with all sputtered wraparound terminations for dimensional uniformity and excellent adhesion. The E/H (T-Level) resistors are also space qualified and pass the outgassing requirements of ASTM-E595. The RCWPM series features halogen-free thick film resistors with a tin/lead wraparound over a nickel barrier. Vishay Military M/D55342 Thick and Thin Film Resistors offer established reliability at several levels, including M, P, R, U, S, V and T.

M/D55342 Military Thick Film Chip Resistors

Vishay M/D55342 Military Thick Film Chip Resistors feature 96% alumina substrate with a tin/lead wraparound over a nickel barrier. These chip resistors are MIL-PRF-55342 qualified, RM type, and are Halogen-free. The M/D55342 thick film chip resistors established reliability at verified failure rates, including M, P, R, U, S, V, and T levels. These resistors operate at a temperature range of -65°C to 150°C and are ideal for military and aerospace applications.
