TESD ESD TVS Diodes

Taiwan Semiconductor TESD ESD Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are uni-directional and bi-directional diodes with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) rated clamping cells. These diodes are designed to protect electronic components that are connected to data and transmission lines from over-voltage damage due to ESD and lighting. The TESD ESD transient voltage suppressor diodes are RoHS compliant and halogen-Free according to IEC 61249-2-21. These diodes are used in the applications such as audio and video equipment, Digital Visual Interface (DVI), portable electronic devices, and touch panels.
