High Temperature SMD LEDs

Kingbright High-Temperature SMD LEDs are designed for high operating temperatures up to 100°C. These LEDs include single-color and bi-color options in all color spectrums and have industry-standard 0603 to PLCC right-angle SMD packages. The LEDs operate at a -40°C to +100°C temperature range. The series features low current selections with I_F=2mA for minimum power consumption and maintains good luminous efficacy. Kingbright High-Temperature SMD LEDs are ideally used in traffic signaling, reading lamps, decorative and entertainment lighting indoor and outdoor commercial and residential architectural lighting.
