Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors

TAIYO YUDEN Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors are designed utilizing innovative materials and thinning sheet technologies. This material technology enables process control at the particle level, increasing the number of layers needed to realize higher capacity while reducing size. The thickness of each layer in the multilayer ceramic capacitor family is only 0.6μm at the slimmest point, and the number of layers reaches 1000 at maximum. These MLCCs are aimed at high-performance digital devices such as smartphones, tablet PCs, TVs, power supplies, general digital circuits, DC/DC converters, AEC-Q200-compliant MLCCs, and automotive applications.

MLCCs for Medical Devices

TAIYO YUDEN MLCCs for Medical Devices offer a capacitance range of 0.2pF to 220µF with 0.05pF to ±20% tolerance and a 2.5VDC to 2kVDC voltage range. Available in various sizes, case codes, dielectric ratings, terminations, and operating temperature ratings, these capacitors are suitable for various medical devices. These MLCCs from TAIYO YUDEN feature numerous options, including high dielectric type, temperature compensating type, high frequency/low loss, soft termination, and LW reversal decoupling.
