SFM4300 Mass Flow Meter Sensors

Sensirion SFM4300 Mass Flow Meter Sensors can precisely measure oxygen (O2), laughing gas (N2O), and air with a newly developed flow channel geometry. The SFM4300 features improved sensitivity and precise mass flow measurements, even at low flow rates. The flow meter is small and pressure-resistant, measures mass flows of up to 20slm (air, O2, and N2O), and is available with various mechanical connections (down mount, Legris, and O-rings). The Sensirion SFM4300 Mass Flow Meter Sensor units are developed for integration into anesthesia devices, among other applications, have an I2C interface, and provide a fully calibrated and temperature-compensated output signal. The small sensors are suited to measuring gas mixtures in the medical technology sector.
