HF659 Shielded/Jacketed Halogen-Free Cables

3M HF659 Shielded/Jacketed Halogen-Free Cables offer a 150V voltage rating, a 107Ω balanced impedance rating, and a -40°C to +105°C temperature range. The HF659 series features round construction to permit easier routing. The continuous split/bond repeat allows for mass termination of IDC connectors, and dual shielding provides 35db average shielding.

Round Jacketed Flat Cables

3M Round Jacketed Flat Cables combine the space-saving benefits of a flat cable design with the robust protection provided by the round jacket. The outer jacket protects against abrasion, moisture, and other environmental factors, ensuring long-lasting performance. Features include protection against EMI due to the shielding, and the flat cable design inside the round jacket allows for efficient use of space and easy routing in confined areas. Even with the added protection of the round jacket, these cables achieve high flexibility, facilitating easy handling and installation. 3M Round Jacketed Flat Cables are suitable for various applications, including computer systems, telecommunications, and industrial equipment.

Round Conductor Halogen-Free Flat Cables

3M Halogen-Free Flat Cables are constructed with low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) polyolefin insulation, resulting in low smoke (IEC 61034-2:2005), low toxicity of combustion gases (NFX70-100-2:2006), and reduced soot and corrosion damage to nearby equipment. These stranded cables from 3M operate in a broad operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. Additional features include zippable primary cable for branching and discrete terminations and 28AWG wire on 0.050" centers (1mm centers for HF625 Series) for mass termination to a broad line of IDC connectors.
