Nisshinbo NJW4814 Dual H-Bridge Driver

Nisshinbo NJW4814 Dual H-Bridge Driver has a boost switching regulator that supports piezoelectric devices. This unique one-chip solution can drive two piezoelectric devices and can be operated up to 300kHz. It features high-speed support for piezo, actuators, transducer, and MEMS devices. The NJW4814 is excellent for miniaturizing equipment.
