ROHM Semiconductor SML-Z14 Automotive LEDs
ROHM Semiconductor SML-Z14 Automotive LEDs include AEC-Q101 qualified, high-brightness LEDs in a PLCC2 package with 20/50mA guaranteed specifications. The ROHM Semiconductor SML-Z14 Automotive LEDs are constructed using an AIGaInP or InGaN chip structure and a Water Clear lens. The LEDs are available in yellow, green, yellow-green, orange, red, and blue versions with luminous intensity ratings from 22.4mcd-1100mcd. The SML-Z14 Automotive LEDs operate with a typical 20mA forward current and 2.2V forward voltage in a -40 to 85°C temperature range.Features
