onsemi ECS640A Sensorless BLDC ecoSpin Motor Controller
onsemi ECS640A Sensorless BLDC ecoSpin Motor Controller is a 3-phase BLDC configurable motor control system. The controller integrates an ultra-low-power optimized Arm® Cortex-M0+ microcontroller (Nebo-40-64), three sense amplifiers, and a reference amplifier (NCS20034). The device has three bootstrap diodes and a high-voltage gate driver for high-speed operation. The ECS640A can drive MOSFETs and IGBTs operating up to 600V (FAN73896).
